Here are the late game daily college fantasy football QB plays for Saturday 9/19. I’m going to keep a real tight list on this one since I didn’t find a ton of value outside the obvious names. That means I’ll dig deep at WR/RB since we’ll need to cut cost at those positions to play most of these QBs. However, I think some of these matchups might be worth the money.
Below are the games I’m selecting from:
South Carolina @ Georgia (-16.5) 52.5 o/u
Texas Tech @ Arkansas (-12) 70.5 o/u
Colorado (-3) @ Colorado St 57 o/u
Cal (-6.5) @ Texas 58 o/u
Florida (-3.5) @ Kentucky 52.5 o/u
Iowa State @ Toledo (-7.5) 58 o/u
Pittsburg @ Iowa (-5.5) 47 o/u
Rutgers @ Penn State (-9) 46 o/u
SMU @ TCU (-37.5) 66.5 o/u
Stanford @ USC (-10) 50 o/u
Wyoming @ Washington State (-24.5) 64.5 o/u
Mississippi @ Alabama (-7) 52.5 o/u
BYU @ UCLA (-16.5) 60 o/u
Utah (-14) @ Fresno State 54 o/u

Luke Falk – Washington State
Threw the ball 66 times last week. Wyoming shouldn’t be too difficult of a test for Falk. Looks like maybe it’s time to start riding the WSU train like last year. CHOO CHOO
Trevone Boykin – TCU
Boom or bust type player at these prices. Has a good matchup against SMU so if you can squeeze him into a GPP lineup or two he might reward you.
Jared Goff – Cal
First time I’ve seen Goff on the major sites this season. He hasn’t been unleashed like he has been in the past, but his completion percentage is over 70% through two games this season.
Josh Rosen – UCLA
Only 1 TD last week might keep some people away. BYU has been touched up through the air a bit, but they’ve played solid teams. Rosen is a risky GPP type play because he has 4 TD upside, but also could put up another sub-par performance since he’s only a freshman.
Brandon Allen – Arkansas
He was frustrating a bit last week with 400+ passing yards but 0 TDs. I think you roll with him again this week though since his salary still isn’t super high and Texas Tech is an excellent matchup for scoring.
Sam B. Richardson – Iowa State
Arkansas put up 400+ passing yards on Toledo. Richardson is a steady player and his salary isn’t super high, making him a solid 50/50 cash game play this weekend.
Kendal Thompson – Utah
You’ll need to make sure Travis Wilson is out (listed as doubtful with a shoulder injury). Fresno State is a really juicy matchup and Thompson proved worthy filling in last week. Just keep your expectations in check.
