Daily College Fantasy Football – QB Picks – Week 5 (Saturday)

I’m going to keep the QB list kind of short this week for a number of reasons. #1 – I don’t think you need to dip to far off the top QB’s now that we’re a few weeks in. #2 – I was in the hospital earlier this week and need to rest as much as possible. The RB and WR lists should be as normal this week, but will likely be posted later today (Friday) or early tomorrow morning (Saturday). Sorry about the lack of info this week, but I should be back to 100% next week and we still have a long way to go this season. Thanks for everyone who visits this site every week – I really appreciate it and I hope you can win some money because of it.

Baylor – BRYCE PETTY
Faces Iowa State and has looked good since returning from a back injury.

Washington State – CONNOR HALLIDAY
Has 50+ passing attempts in every game this season. Utah isn’t a bad defense but it really doesn’t matter with that kind of volume.

FSU – JAMEIS WINSTON
He’s back after his standing on a table incident last week.

Texas A&M – KENNY “TRILL” HILL
Came out early last game and only had 2 TD’s. This weeks game should be closer and he’s likely to stay in longer.

Western Kentucky – BRANDON DOUGHTY
Volume passing team vs a running team (Navy) should make this a good game.

Missouri – MATY MAUK
Is only $6,500 on DraftKings. That’s too cheap.

CAL – JARED GOFF
The idiot head coach of Cal keeps playing the undersized and turnover prone backup QB in certain situations, but Goff is still a fairly safe play.

Ole Miss – BO WALLACE
They are big favorite so you risk this one getting out of hand,, but he has 2 games with 4 TD’s and has 300+ yards in all 3 games he’s played this season.

Ohio State – J.T. BARRETT
This is a good matchup and he had 6 TD’s last game so he could be gaining confidence.

Maryland – C.J. BROWN
Good matchup. He’s a little inconsitent to make him a multi-lineup play but I think you could use him in a lineup or two if you need to.

UMASS – Blake Frohnapfel
Simply a matchup play here because Bowling Green is one of the worst passing defenses in the country. Risky because he’s not a a great QB, but could potentially look like one at times this Saturday.
