Not a ton of value at WR for the weekend daily college football early slate of games on 9/24 – but there’s some. I think a sound strategy would be to build some lineups around a few of the stud WR’s – and hedge your bets a bit by building around some of the cheaper options.
Early Saturday CFB – QB Picks
Early Saturday CFB – RB Picks
Here are the games we’re working with. I really just targeted the games highlighted.

Central Michigan @ Michigan State (-27) 54 o/u
Georgia Tech (-8.5) @ Duke 56 o/u
LSU (-24.5) @ Syracuse 46.5 o/u
Massachusetts @ Notre Dame (-29) 59 o/u
Indiana (-3.5) @ Wake Forest 56 o/u
NIU @ Boston College (-4.5) 47 o/u
Maryland @ West Virginia (-17) 57 o/u
Rice @ Baylor (-34.5) 74/5 o/u
Oklahoma St. (-3) @ Texas 61 o/u
Tennessee (-1) @ Florida 48 o/u
Virginia Tech (-8.5) @ East Carolina 54.5 o/u
Western Michigan @ Ohio State (-31.5) 61 o/u
Texas Christian (-7) @ Texas Tech 80.5 o/u
Cal (-4) @ Washington 61 o/u
Roger Lewis – Bowling Green
Has back to back 200+ yard receiving games.
Corey Coleman – Baylor
Has been crushing it and is a green light nearly across the board again this week if you can afford him.
Josh Doctson – TCU
Kind of a boom-or-bust type player through 3 weeks this season, however that is in part due to the matchup. He should be in line for a huge day.
Aaron Burbridge – Michigan State
His salary has adjusted on DK, so not the value he has been, but still less than $400 over minimum on FD. But still a good matchup, he has a solid QB and he seems to make plays just about every week. So far, he’s been one of the most consitent WRs in the game.
Jakeem Grant – Texas Tech
I don’t love the matchup, but this one should be a shootout. Grant is clearly the #1 WR in Texas.
Daniel Braverman – Western Michigan
$6,000 Fanduel (good value)
In 1pt PPR leagues he’s almost a must start. The matchup against Ohio State hasn’t yielded much but you can roll the dice a bit sometimes. He has 13 or 14 catches in each of the 3 games he’s played this season.
Ronnie Moore – Bowling Green
Has 5 or more catches in each of the three games he’s played in this season. Has no TDs so its kept his value down a bit.
Kenny Lawler – Cal
A boom or bust type player who is priced affordable. I’d expect somewhat high usage rates in tournaments.
KD Cannon – Jay Lee – Baylor
Similar players that are priced about the same. Boom or bust type guys you can utilize in GPP formats.
Cheap Sleeper CFB WR’s
Dennis Parks – Rice
Really cheap and great matchup. Has 8 receptions in each of the last 2 games so if he can repeat that, you’ll be getting some value here.
David Glidden – Oklahoma State
You can kind of take your pick at some OKST WR’s because they have quite a few, but Glidden has upside if he can find the endzone again this week.
