Daily NBA Fantasy Basketball Sleeper Picks – April 2

Sorry for the long gap in making some picks, some major things happened in my life (including getting married) so I couldn’t make picks or even watch much NBA. But things are getting back to normal, as my new wife already understands nothing will get in the way of watching NBA each night.

Tonight is a huge night. We’ve got a huge mix of games and lots of interesting matchups, so I present you with an extended selection of picks tonight since I took several days off.

G – Darren Collison at Phoenix
Had a massive game last time out when Blake Griffin went down with injury and Jamal Crawford didn’t play. Both of them rate not to play again tonight, which should open up minuets for Collison, Matt Barnes and DeAndre Jordan.

G – Ray McCallum vs LA Lakers
Is startable if IT2 is out again tonight with a quad injury.

G – Greivis Vasquez vs Houston
If Kyle Lowry is ruled out of tonight’s game, Vasquez is your guy.

G – Kendall Marshall at Sacramento
Nash is out, so is Farmar. Marshall only has upside in leagues that give you more than 1pt for an assist. You could target other Lakers’ players as well – this game should be high scoring.

G – Randy Foye vs New Orleans
His hands will be full a little bit on the defensive end if he has to guard a hot Tyreke Evans, but Foye is one of the few scorers still healthy for Denver. Ty Lawson’s production has been light the last few games, he’s a buy-low candidate for tonight.

C – Omer Asik at Toronto
Not the best matchup, but not horrible and he’s starting in place of the injured Dwight Howard.

C – Gorgui Dieng vs Memphis
Played well against Memphis a few games ago and should get the start tonight with Nikola Pekovic out with an injury.

C – Timofey Mozgov vs New Orleans
This would be a major gamble, and you’d need him to play 30+ minuets, but Denver is pretty short handed & he’s cheap.

F/C – Al Jefferson at 76ers
Not a sleeper by any means, but clearly has an amazing matchup and the coach of the Bobcats isn’t scared to feed Big Al early & often. I’ve seen Al have some huge 1st quarters, and I will be anticipating a similar performance tonight. If Al is a little too expensive for you – there other Bobcat players that rate to have a solid game including Josh McRoberts, Gerald Henderson and Kemba Walker.
