Daily NBA Fantasy Basketball Sleeper Picks – December 27

Lot’s of games on the schedule tonight. Keep an eye on the injuries pre-game and adjust accordingly. I use twitter to stay up to date, but there are some good websites that refresh info too.

Several Lakers Players – @ Utah
No Kobe, now no Pau, which will open up opportunities for several of their players. The starting lineup is: Chris Kaman, Wes Johnson, Jordan Farmar, Jodie Meeks and Shawne Williams.

I’m in favor of starting Jordan Hill ($4,400 Draft Kings) who will come off the bench, but will probably play decent minuets. I’d stay away from Kaman, Williams and maybe Farmar. Wes Johnson ($4,200 DK) and Xavier Henry ($3,700 DK) are very good options.

Mario Chalmers – PG – Heat
Wade may or may not play tonight, but I like Chalmers to have a decent game either way. He’ll be going up against a smaller guard and Mario will try and bully and punk Thomas a few times tonight. LeBron, Wade and Bosh know they have a tough game tomorrow against Portland, so they might try and chill, which will let Chalmers jack up some shots.

Tobias Harris – SF/PF – Magic
Still priced too cheap on Draft Kings. Has been playing really well since coming back from injury and is capable of a double – double type night.

Mirza Teletovic – SF/PF – Nets
If he can stay out of foul trouble it might keep him on the floor longer. Has had some good scoring games and has been starting lately on a depleted Nets team.

Tim Hardaway Jr. – SG – Knicks
Only start if Carmelo doesn’t play. If Melo is out, then it’s green light for Hardaway Jr. who has been hot as of late. Iman Shumpert ($3,900 DK) is also a very good stat stuffing type player who can get you some points on the cheap.

LATE ADDS – I added these players after initially publishing the article due to injury news.

Reggie Jackson – Russell Westbrook is out until the All-Star break. It’s Reggie’s world now.

Timofey Mozgof – Kenneth Faried is out again, making him a decent value play at center.
