Daily NBA Fantasy Basketball Sleeper Picks – January 23

BIG night of NBA action again tonight, and I think I have some real solid cheap plays for you tonight. You’ll want to monitor if Ty Lawson is officially ruled out after getting scooped on a DUI charge. There’s also some key injuries in New Orleans, which means you can focus on the low-end, or target the higher end Anthony Davis and Tyreke Evans. Additionally, you have Kobe Bryant likely out for good now, which will change the shot chart for many LA Lakers players.

G – ERIC GORDON
With both Ryan Anderson and Holiday out – that’s lots of points. Gordon was already seeing 35+ mins the last few games and has been producing at a high clip. Faces a very weak Minnesota team.

G – JAMEER NELSON
Looks like Ty Lawson had a bit too much to drink last night and he’s in jeopardy of missing tonight’s game against the Celtics. Nelson could benefit only if Lawson is confirmed out.

G – WAYNE ELLINGTON
With Kobe done for sure now, Ellington is a min-priced option that has upside for the time being.

G – NICK YOUNG
Nick has a chance, if healthy, to jack up tons of shots now that Kobe is gone.

F – BRANDON BASS
With Kelly Olynyk out – Bass already got the start over Tyler Zeller and played well in 30 mins. He’s a very solid low priced option tonight.

C – OMER ASIK
WIth Ryan Anderson out, Asik could see a small boost. He’s a safer play because he usually gets 10+ rebounds, but can also get some buckets.
