Daily NBA Fantasy Basketball Sleeper Picks – January 25

NBA action for most standard leagues starts at 3:00 pm PST – so just make sure you’re ready to roll 1 hour early today. There seems to be tons of injuries right now. I know ….. I had Kobe, Aldridge and Jennings all on my fantasy team – and all but Aldridge appears cooked for the season. That’s good news for daily leagues however, because now key backups are lower priced.

I don’t have anyone from LA listed, mainly because the starting lineup is likely still up in the air – and I don’t like the backcourt matchups at PG and SG. However, rolling with someone on LA is not a bad lower priced option with considerable upside.

G – D.J. AUGUSTIN
Will be a lock in most people’s lineups today so there’s limited room for upside. But he’s a great minimum priced option with Brandon Jennings out.

G – AVERY BRADLEY
Marcus Smart is missing the game due to a death in the family. Bradley is a consistent option and should see a small boost with Smart out.

G – ERIC GORDON
His price has trended up on every site I play on, but he’s still under average salary on most. If he’s cheap, he’s an excellent option because he’s getting 35+ minuets per game right now.

G – RODNEY STUCKEY
He was too expensive on some sites, but if C.J. Miles is ruled out – I like Stuckey if he’s under average salary. He played 34 minuets off the bench last game & considerably more when Miles was hurt.

F – AARON GORDON
Added this one late when it came across that he will be starting. If he’s well under average price, he’s not a bad upside type play, but don’t spend too much on this rookie.

F – BRANDON BASS
Still too cheap based on production. Had a massive line the last 2 games and I think he can keep it going against Golden State.
