Daily NBA Fantasy Basketball Sleeper Picks – January 28

So I have a season long team with Kobe Bryant, Brandon Jennings, Kemba Walker and LaMarcus Aldridge. Luckily LA is sacking up and playing, otherwise I’d be in a world of hurt. Luckily I scooped DJA and Whiteside from the waiver so I shouldn’t be too bad … but it’s been a brutal last few weeks injury wise.

That being said, there’s tons of guys now breaking out because of all the injuries. That is when it’s the most fun to play daily fantasy basketball +++ you have a full slate of games tonight. Should be fun.

G – D.J. AUGUSTIN
Has been on fire since Jennings got cooked. If he’s anywhere around average salary or below – he’s still a great option. Just expect high usage rates still.

G – JARRETT JACK
Is a safer play because he should get PT and he’s got upside into the 30’s if his shot drops. D-Will is still considered out.

G – MARCUS SMART
Very risky rookie play, but could get easier if Evan Turner is ruled out for good in this one.

G – ZACH LAVINE
Looks like Mo Williams is out, so that leaves Lavine again to start. Only real issue is Kevin Martin also returns, so it may take away a bit from what Lavine could do. However he’s a nice min-priced play with upside if he can get 30 minuets.

G – DION WAITERS
I think if he’s cheap, he’s not a bad option because KD looks like he’s out again. If you don’t roll with Waiters, you could target other OKC players.

G – BRIAN ROBERTS
Kemba as you should know by now is gone and Roberts should get 30+ mins now at PG. Don’t pay too much, but he should still be cheap on every daily fantasy basketball site.

G – LANGSTON GALLOWAY
You can roll with him if Calderon is ruled out. Also if Melo is out, that would be an added bonus.

F – OTTO PORTER
I’d only start him if he was around minimum salary. Also Paul Pierce needs to be ruled out as well.

F – DEMARRE CARROL
Another very safe sleeper type guy who shoudl be under average salary – but can prodvide a steady rate of return.

C – NIKOLA PEKOVIC
Has played 30+ minuets per game the last 2 and his salary is still pretty low. The Celtics have a fairly soft frontline so Pek could have a nice game.
