My team for Wednesday is as follows.

P Hisashi Iwakuma (SEA) $7,100

Iwakuma’s season ERA stands at 3.96 & his K/9 stands at 6.5. He has kept the better Angel batters quiet in his career so far and so should enter with confidence and hopefully he can net your team 20-25 points.

P Tanner Roark (WSH) $8,900

With an ERA of 2.85 & 14 Wins Roark has been a valuable member of the Nationals team. In all of his last 10 starts he has gone at least 5 full innings. And against the Mets he could pick up the strike outs.

C Evan Gattis (HOU) $3,300

Facing Holland he is 6/11 with 1 home run, So far he has 26 homers this season.

1B Anthony Rizzo (CHC) $4,800

Facing Carlos Martinez he is 6/20 with 2 home runs, He has been a little cool of late though.

2B Dustin Pedroia (BOS) $4,100

Over the past 30 days Pedroia is hitting .438, Facing Gausman is 6/16 with a home run.

3B Jake Lamb (ARI) $4,900

Not faced his opposing pitcher before, over the past 7 days he’s hitting .316.

SS Carlos Correa (HOU) $3,700

Against Holland Correa is 6/11 with 2 home runs.

OF Mookie Betts (BOS) $5,000

Against Gausman Mookie is 5/14 with 2 homers, and usually tears it up against the Orioles.

OF Kole Calhoun (LAA) $3,900

Facing Iwakuma is 9/33 with 2 homers; He is batting .267 for the season.

OF Justin Upton (DET) $4,200

Facing Duffey Upton has gone 3/5 with 2 home runs and 6 RBI’s. Over the past 15 days he’s hitting .275 with 4 home runs.

I’d hope my pitchers combine for 50 points & I have 4 home runs, a total of 140 points is what I would be aiming for. However with those 5 pitchers mentioned above some teams may be scoring a lot more.
