2/20 Recap: Last night I was lucky I only entered 50/50’s because one of my players didn’t play … but I still was able to cash 100%. I only entered 50/50’s because I had to enter about 1:30 before tipoff because I was going to a birthday party. I’m not sure my injury notification was working because I was not alerted Bogut wasn’t playing. Even so, this is one of those spots where just leaving my lineup as-is and taking a 0 might have been better than an alternative since most everyone else went off in my lineup. As I was filling out this lineup, I was trying to find an alternative to Bogut, but he was really the only logical guy to land on. Fortunately I got luck and still cashed, but next time I might want to avoid GTD players when I’m not going to be around my computer.
If you don’t have time to late-swap, I’d suggest just playing shorter slate 50/50’s because as you can see, I got 9 points between 2 players and still cashed.
Basically my strategy is the same tonight. I want to play some GPP’s, but time may not be there late in the day. If that’s the case, I’m going to enter some of these shorter slates because there will be far less research involved.
